Cattle expected at the 2011 show include rare breeds and
commercial breeds of cattle. There will also be
information on the cattle and the meat they produce.
There will be a
dedicated ring for the cattle this year and judging will
take place throughout the morning in the ring adjoining
the cattle pens and the Agriculture section.
Visitors are encouraged to visit the cattle area where the
owners will be delighted to tell them all about their
cattle, and the field to fork process.
